CHOREOGRAPHER & DANCER

Maddie Douglas (Dancer) is a California native who grew up dancing in the Colorado Springs community. She received her formal education from the Lines Training Program in San Francisco, CA. (2017-2019) She has studied under and performed works by Ohad Naharin, Victor Quijada, Tom Weinberger, Sidra Bell, Flock, Alex Ketley, and Maurya Kerr. Since returning to Colorado, Maddie has participated in project-based work at the Movement Gallery as well as diving into the local break-dancing community. This is Maddie’s first season with Ormao Dance Co. and she is thrilled to be a part of this performance, the process that preceded it, and the artists involved.
