Ila M Conoley (Choreographer) is a choreographer, educator, and performer. She holds a BA in Dance from University of Colorado at Boulder and an MFA in Dance from New York University Tisch School of the Arts. Most of Ila’s teaching and choreography career was at colleges and universities. Now, she is faculty at Local Motion Project and The Kentucky Governor’s School for the Arts. Ila performs with the Local Motion Project Collective, a multigenerational dance theatre company in Alexandria, VA. She continues to adore freelancing and making her own schedule while hiding out near the nation’s capital.
