CHOREOGRAPHER

Chuck Wilt was raised in San Francisco CA, Chuck is a choreographer, dance performer, drag artist known as Fuchsia, educator and the Artistic Director of UNA Productions.  They are genderqueer, second generation Queer and a proud pup parent. Chuck was a Gibney Company Illume Awardee, a choreographic fellow of the Ailey Foundation NDCL, a recipient of the Rainin Opportunity Fund, and an AIR at The Launchpad, 92nd St. Y, CUNY Dance Initiative, Fusion Japan, and Berkeley Ballet Theater. UNA’s work has been presented by the Gibney Center, 92NY Mainstage Series, Clarice-Smith Performing Arts Center in Maryland, Chutzpah! Festival/BCMAS in Vancouver, Sointula, Port Hardy, Campbell River and Alert Bay, Fusion International in Japan, Movement Research in NYC, Jacob’s Pillow Inside/Out and ODC Theater in San Francisco among others. Wilt has taught, created and set repertory internationally for universities, training programs and professional companies. www.una.productions
