DANCER

A Minnesotan who made stops in Seattle and Boston, Alex Loch is a dancer, performer, and choreographer who came to Colorado Springs in 2025. Once upon a time, he was a Junior Olympic gymnast, so Alex tends to skew acrobatic in his movement, but he’s done everything from teaching ballroom to performing aerial silks. Alex has choreographed and danced for companies in Minneapolis, Seattle, and Duluth, including the Minnesota Ballet, where he later became the company physical therapist of 10 years after graduating with his Doctorate in PT from the College of St. Scholastica. Alex also earned a master’s degree in Media, Medicine, and Health from Harvard Medical School and founded an online physical therapy company, motivPT, where he helps people and dancers feel and move better from all over the country.
